Service Description

Mamahood Coaching & Mentoring is a holistic, culturally grounded support space for wāhine navigating the emotional, physical, and identity shifts of motherhood. As a qualified Life Coach, midwife of 19 years, Master’s‑educated health professional, mama of five, and partner of 20 years, I bring a rare blend of clinical expertise, lived experience, and spiritual wisdom. I’ve worked across corporate health, private practice, and hospital settings, allowing me to relate to wāhine from diverse backgrounds — from high‑pressure professional environments to community‑based whānau settings. I understand the demands placed on modern women, the expectations, the fatigue, and the emotional load that often goes unseen. I also carry my own journey through postnatal depression, having walked through it multiple times. Choosing a non‑medicated healing path, I leaned into shadow work, emotional processing, embodiment, and natural wellbeing practices. This lived experience shapes the way I walk alongside māmā who want compassionate, holistic support. Every client begins with a holistic wellbeing assessment exploring emotional health, stress load, sleep, identity shifts, relationships, work–life balance, and wairua needs. You’ll be supported to explore positive stress‑relief strategies such as nervous system regulation, grounding practices, emotional processing tools, natural wellbeing alternatives, and practical lifestyle adjustments. At the heart of this coaching is reconnection to self — remembering who you are beneath the roles and responsibilities. You’ll be guided to reclaim self‑care, cultivate self‑love, accept the differing chapters you’re moving through, and reconnect to your mauri, intuition, and inner leadership. Spiritual practices are woven throughout this journey, supporting you to connect with higher consciousness and align with your Life’s Purpose and Mission — whether that’s healing trauma in your whakapapa, being a grounded māmā to the next Ariki, or rising in your career to uplift your community. This is a safe, confidential space to be seen, heard, and supported by someone who has lived the realities of mamahood, mahi, partnership, healing, and personal evolution. I welcome wahine, women and non-gendered binary people from all cultures and ethnicities to work with me, if we resonate - let's connect & kōrero.
